NJHA Alumni Returning Scholarship Recipients

In an effort to increase and encourage continued attendance participation the officer team with the financial support of the Alumni Association have established an annual scholarship fund. This scholarship gives the recipients a fully paid convention registration. We encourage youth to check the web-site for more information and deadlines to apply for a scholarship to attend the 2016 convention to Erie, PA.

Achievement and Leadership

Achievement and Leadership, this award consists of a $600 dollar scholarship sponsored by the Jack Armstrong Family in memory of their parents Cassuis and Pauline Armstrong, whose involvement with NJHA began in 1950 when it was the NJVGA Organization. Both Cassius and Pauline were involved in horticulture education for over 45 years. The achievement and leadership award was established in 1988 by family and friends of Cassius and Pauline to recognize NJHA youth who have excelled in activities and leadership within NJHA
